The approach
Two things matter most. First, that you understand why you are injured, in pain or physically limited. Second, that you leave with the skills, knowledge and capacity to manage it and keep progressing.
That means explaining what the assessment found in language that makes sense, then building a plan you can actually carry out. Treatment in the room is part of it, but it is not the point. Building your physical capacity is.
How we work
A simple progression that shapes how your plan is built, from the first assessment to keeping what you have gained.
01
Address the physical limitations behind the problem — mobility, strength, control and tolerance to load.
02
Understand what is happening and why, and learn the self-management skills to handle it without guesswork.
03
Rebuild the specific qualities your training, sport or golf actually asks of you.
04
Keep the capacity you have built so you can carry on doing the things you care about.
Consultations
Every consultation includes assessment, explanation and a plan you can act on.
Who we help
Golfers who want to enter later life strong and capable, and keep enjoying their golf and their retirement.
Golfers whose improvement has stalled and who want to develop the physical qualities that support their game.
Newer golfers who would rather start with structured, credible information than work it out by trial and error.
People who lift, run or compete in formats such as CrossFit and HYROX, and want to train around or through a problem sensibly.
Pilates enthusiasts managing an injury or limitation who want a clinician who respects and understands the way they train.
People who want to return to everyday life, work, training or sport with a clear plan and the capacity to keep progressing.
