Privacy Policy

How personal information provided through this website is collected, used and stored.

TLP Physio is committed to handling personal information carefully and only collecting what is genuinely needed. This page explains how information is handled through this website.

Information collected during clinical care is handled separately under Australian health privacy obligations. If you would like to know how your clinical records are managed, ask Cameron directly.

Information collected through this website

This website collects personal information only when you choose to provide it.

  • Enquiry forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you select and the message you write.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address, where email capture has been enabled.

Please do not send health information through this website

The enquiry forms on this website are for general questions, not clinical discussion. Please do not include detailed symptoms, diagnoses, medical history or other sensitive health information in a website form.

If your question concerns your specific health situation, book an appointment or contact Cameron directly so it can be discussed appropriately.

How your information is used

Information submitted through this website is used to:

  • Respond to your enquiry.
  • Send you email updates, if you have specifically asked to receive them.
  • Keep a reasonable record of business correspondence.

Online booking

Appointment booking is handled by Halaxy, a third-party practice management provider. When you select a booking link on this website you are taken to Halaxy, and any information you enter there is collected and stored by Halaxy under its own privacy terms.

Third-party services

This website relies on a small number of third-party services to operate, which may include a website host, an email delivery provider for enquiry forms and, where enabled, an email marketing platform.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics provider is enabled by default.

If website analytics are introduced in future, this page will be updated to describe what is collected before that change takes effect.

Storage and access

Reasonable steps are taken to protect the information held about you. Enquiries are retained only as long as there is a legitimate business reason to keep them.

You can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting Cameron using the details on the contact page.

Questions or concerns

If you have a question or concern about privacy, please contact Cameron in the first instance so it can be addressed directly.
