These terms apply to your use of the TLP Physio website and to appointments booked with TLP Physio. Please read them before booking.
Website information is general only
The information on this website is general in nature. It describes the services TLP Physio provides and explains how they work.
Nothing on this website is personalised medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation for your specific circumstances. It should not be used as a substitute for an individual consultation with a qualified health professional.
If you are concerned about your health, or your symptoms are severe, worsening or new, seek appropriate medical care.
Scope of services
TLP Physio provides musculoskeletal physiotherapy, rehabilitation and golf-specific physical assessment and performance services.
TLP Physio does not provide golf lessons, technical swing coaching or swing instruction. Technical instruction remains the responsibility of your golf coach.
Booking and payment
Appointments are booked online through Halaxy or by contacting Cameron directly. Current prices and durations are published on this website and are subject to change.
Payment is made at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations and non-attendance
The following applies to all appointments:
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked appointment fee.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice may incur the full appointment fee.
- Cancellation and non-attendance fees are not eligible for private health rebates.
Private health claims
Eligible clients may be able to claim applicable in-person physiotherapy services through their private health insurer. Payment is made to TLP Physio and the client submits their claim afterwards.
Coverage varies between funds and policies. Please confirm your eligibility and rebate directly with your insurer.
Consent and privacy
Your consent will be sought before assessment and treatment, and you can ask questions or decline any part of a consultation at any time.
Information about you is handled in line with the privacy policy on this website and applicable Australian privacy and health records obligations.
Communication with other health professionals
With your consent, relevant findings may be shared with other professionals involved in your care, such as your GP, specialist or golf coach, where doing so supports your care or your goals.
Online services
Online golf services are delivered remotely and are subject to the practical limits of that format. A remote consultation cannot include hands-on assessment or treatment.
Online service inclusions, formats and pricing are currently being finalised and will be confirmed with you before any service commences.
Use of this website
This website and its content, including the TLP Physio name, logo and photography, belong to TLP Physio and may not be reproduced without permission.
