Online

Golf-specific support, wherever you play

Virtual consultations and individualised programming for golfers outside Brisbane, or anyone who would rather work with Cameron online.

Who it is for

Golfers who want proper guidance, not a generic program

Online support suits golfers who are not in Brisbane, golfers who travel, and golfers who already have a coach and a gym but want the physical side properly assessed and directed.

It is also a sensible option if you cannot attend the South Brisbane clinic in person for any reason.

There are three ways to work with Cameron online. A Golf Movement Video Review is an asynchronous option: you send your history and videos, and a written report comes back. The Golf Movement Assessment + 6-Week Plan adds a virtual consultation to talk through the findings and a six-week plan built with you. The 12-Week Golf Rehabilitation & Performance Program is the most involved option, for a longer block of rehabilitation or performance work.

A low-cost, self-paced program is also in development for golfers who want somewhere to start.

Whichever you choose, the first step is an enquiry — payment and video upload are handled directly with Cameron rather than through this website.

What is available

Three ways to work together online

Golf Movement Video Review

$197

A remote review of your movement, returned as a written report.

  • You complete a history and goals questionnaire and upload the requested golf and movement videos in your own time.
  • Cameron reviews everything you send within 72 hours of receiving a complete submission.
  • You receive a concise written report covering what he observed in your movement, the priorities he would address first, and the next step he would recommend.

A video review is a focused, high-level look at how you move. It is not a substitute for an in-person examination, and it does not include a live consultation or an individualised rehabilitation program. Detailed discussion of the findings and a plan built with you are part of the two pathways below.

Golf Movement Assessment + 6-Week Plan

$597

The video review, a consultation to talk it through, and a plan.

  • Starts with the same history, goals and video submission as the Golf Movement Video Review.
  • Cameron reviews your submission before you speak.
  • You then meet for a virtual consultation to go through what he found and what it means for your golf.
  • Together you agree on the priorities and set a six-week rehabilitation or physical development plan.

12-Week Golf Rehabilitation & Performance Program

Enquire for current availability and pricing

The most involved option, for a longer block of focused work.

  • The highest-support online pathway, built for golfers who need a longer run at rehabilitation, physical development or performance programming.
  • Includes assessment, individualised exercise prescription, progression over the block, monitoring of how you are responding, and ongoing support as things change.

Structure is shaped around your assessment findings and your goals, so Cameron will confirm exactly what your program involves before it starts.

Self-Paced Golf Movement Program

Coming soon

A low-cost, self-paced starting point for golfers who want credible direction.

A structured program you work through in your own time, without one-to-one consultation. It is still being developed and is not yet available to purchase.

Content, pricing and launch timing are all still to be confirmed.

What a remote assessment may involve

  • A conversation about your history, current problem or goal, and how you train and play.
  • Guided movement tasks performed in front of your camera so Cameron can observe how you move.
  • Where useful, review of video you record between sessions.
  • A shared plan describing the priorities and the reasoning behind them.

A remote consultation cannot include hands-on assessment or treatment. Where that is likely to matter, Cameron will say so.

What you will need

  • A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and a stable internet connection.
  • Enough clear floor space to move, ideally around two by two metres.
  • A golf club, and somewhere to place your device so your whole body is visible.
  • Any training equipment you already use, such as bands, dumbbells or a mat.

You do not need a home gym. Programming is built around what you actually have.

How we work

The same progression, delivered remotely

Distance changes the delivery, not the reasoning.

  1. 01

    Restore Capacity

Address the physical limitations behind the problem — mobility, strength, control and tolerance to load.

  2. 02

    Restore Ownership

Understand what is happening and why, and learn the self-management skills to handle it without guesswork.

  3. 03

    Restore Performance

Rebuild the specific qualities your training, sport or golf actually asks of you.

  4. 04

    Maintain Freedom

Keep the capacity you have built so you can carry on doing the things you care about.

Questions

Online golf FAQs

Can I access TLP Physio outside Brisbane?

Golf-specific services are available online, so you can work with Cameron from anywhere.

In-person physiotherapy is only available at the South Brisbane clinic.

How do online consultations work?

There are three online pathways. A Golf Movement Video Review is asynchronous: you send your history, goals and the requested videos, and Cameron returns a written report within 72 hours of a complete submission.

The Golf Movement Assessment + 6-Week Plan starts the same way, then adds a virtual consultation over video to talk through the findings and agree on a six-week plan. The 12-Week Golf Rehabilitation & Performance Program is the most involved option, for a longer block of rehabilitation or performance work.

Every pathway starts with an enquiry, so Cameron can confirm which one suits your situation before anything begins.

What equipment might I need online?

A device with a camera and a stable internet connection, and enough clear floor space to move — around two by two metres is usually plenty.

A golf club is useful, along with anything you already train with such as bands, dumbbells or a mat. You do not need a home gym.

Golf, from anywhere

If you are not sure whether online support suits your situation, ask. Cameron will tell you if in-person assessment would serve you better.
